Our local craft shop is having a Christmas Card competition so here is my entry. We had to use the toppers she sells - the rest is done on my craft robo lite - I am getting to grips with it. It is on mirri card too but it doesnt show up well. Thanks for looking

My first Craft Robo card

Well I have managed to design a card on my CB Lite - cut it out and made a card. Boy was I chuffed.

Twisted Wire Necklace and Matching Earings

This is my latest attempt at jewellery. It is made from twisting copper wire and adding beads as it is twisted. I have also made matching earings and this time I have made them all from scratch - even the wires that go through your ears. Hope you like. Thanks for looking.

I am going to college on Fridays doing jewellery - this is a set I made after learning a technique at the Harrogate Bead Fair - it was for advanced - very pleased with it though - took 6 hours to do

Children In Need Card

Quick Cards is doing something BIG and exciting, to help raise money for BBC Children in Need. They are attempting to break the world record for the biggest handmade card, at the Hobbycrafts show at Birmingham’s NEC on 13-16 November.

Joining the campaign to say NO to word verification

Up until this week I did not know that you could allow comments without the word verification.

I agree with several of my friends that blog hopping can become such a chore when word verification is on.

I have now turned it off and if I can do it so can you and join us in ridding blogs of this.

My sons birthday card

It was my sons 23rd Birthday on Friday and this is the card I made for him from a kit.

The kit was designed not to show the card behind but I decided I wanted it bigger so showed the card - he loved it - mind he loved what was in it more - money - LOL.

Forever Friends Christmas Card

This was stamped and then scanned into PC and coloured with PSP, added a bit of glitter - does not really show and then attached to green glitter card which I have had for ages.

Get Well Card for a very poorly little baby

Hi.

This is a card I made for a good friend's baby grandaughter who is very poorly in Bristol Childrens hospital nearly 200 miles from her home in Cornwall. Her name is Alisha Marie, she has Supraventricular Tachycardia, extremely rare in infants.

Please can you keep her in your prayers so that she can pull through this safely.

Well done card for my nephew

My nephew Joe didnt get the results he was expecting in his GCSE's but managed to get into College - so I made him this card to celebrate his good news - hope you like it - he did. The course he has got a place on is something to do with sport - hence the footballs - LOL

Card made for my brother in law

Made this for my brother in law's birthday tommorrow - we are going around for a barbeque. Hope the weather stays fine. Just got back from a few days in York where we were going to Ladies day at York races but due to the weather they cancelled it - :-(

Glad I had decided to wear last years hat and not buy a new one. The irony is that whilst we were their it hardly rained - LOL. Mind you the money we saved I can buy some craft goodies and not feel guilty. Anyway enough of my ramblings, hope you like the card

Been up at the crack of dawn to go to the Next sale.

Got some brill bargains and a handbag to die for, and some shoes of course.
